In the course of J3251- Strategic Communication Research and Analytics, I undertook a stimulating assignment that involved collaborative efforts throughout the entirety of my fall 2023 semester. Our project focused on comprehensive data gathering, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative insights, for our esteemed client, Tide. This endeavor provided me with an immersive experience, introducing me to the utilization of sophisticated tools such as MRI Simmons, Mintel, and others to execute comprehensive secondary research. Additionally, I had the opportunity to design and implement my primary research methodologies, including surveys and interviews, to enhance the depth of our insights. The culmination of our efforts resulted in the development of a strategic audience recommendation for Tide's campaign. Our proposal centered around the pivotal initiative of encouraging a transition to cold water laundry washing, with the goal of achieving a 75% adoption rate.
